This post goes out to my friend K who had to witness it, and my friend Mel who had to hear about the conspiracy of no coffee sleeves at the Creve Coeur Starbucks. Costa is a competitor of Starbucks and they have a simple solution. They give you a cup that is also a sleeve. Genius!
