you probably don't want to click on this picture. The butcher shop by work was getting a delivery. You just don't see meat like this in the U.S. unless you are at a meat packing plant.

I remember in Derby being in line at a butcher shop with my aunt. It was summer- not an Alabama summer, but warm nonetheless. There was no air conditioning and after 30 minutes in line I had to walk outside because I was about to faint. I will never forget the sounds of the chopping, the sights and smells of the butcher shop in summer. There is so much we Americans don't have to witness, lol.
