Our first stop was more of a boutique winery. The bus was greeted by a mutt of a dog, the winery dog who had just cooled himself off in the vineyard sprinklers. I should have taken his picture. This is where I learned the basics about how to taste wine. The rustic feel of the winery was very charming. I liked the pinot noir from this winery the best.
