We ended the day with some bubbly. I didn't know much about how sparkling wine was created so I found the tour very interesting. Domaine Chandon was the biggest and most upscale of the wineries we visited. There we could have tastings but we also got a full glass of sparkling wine. We had the choice of three and I picked the sparkling red since I had never had one of those before. It was tasty.

Wow! I just had some sparkling Chandon Rose over the weekend. (oh that sounds like it was a binge - let me rephrase) I had a glass of sparkling Chandon Rose this past Saturday. It was fun and delicious. How exciting to hear you were able to visit their winery. Laura Parker
