Sorry to have to correct you dear, but back in 1968 Chelsea Registry Office conducted weddings across the street, next to present day's Heal's (Sydney Street between them). Smaller building, and fewer steps for newly wed Polanski's, but a charming location it was nevertheless ;-) N., The Netherlands
From the petals on the steps, there must have been a wedding here today. It was the site of Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate's wedding back in the day.
